People who form GVT BMC group know how to work in a team and they have some experience in professional cycling. Teamwork has a huge impact on the development of contestants and their outstanding results. All contestants who belong to GVT BMC team are monitored and their achievements are continuously tested. The coordinator of the medical staff is professor Artur Pupka who cooperates with two physiotherapists; Tomasz Niedźwiedzki and Bartosz Pajor. All sportsmen undergo cyclic function tests in the Centre of Sports Diagnostics Sportslab. The majority of GVT BMC Trathlon Team contestants are covered by training plans by Gucwa Velo Trainer company. The couches are: Zbigniew Gucwa, Michał Stasiaczek, Konrad Czajkowski and Michał Buczek.
