With its proprietary HELLY TECH® Performance membrane, it provides a high level of waterproofness and wind resistance. Even better protection against moisture is helped by sealed seams and the protection of the material with a water-resistant DWR coating made without the use of environmentally harmful fluorocarbon compounds.

The microporous construction of the HELLY TECH® Performance membrane also participates in the wicking of moisture that occurs on the surface of the skin during exercise. As a result, it helps to maintain optimal comfort, thermal performance and freshness.

The insulation layer of the jacket is the new LIFALOFT™ insulation, which is the result of combining LIFA® technology with Primaloft®. The resulting insulation retains more warmth while remaining lightweight and comfortable even during the most intense activities.

Helly Hansen Hp Racing Lifaloft Jacket is fastened with a full-length laminated YKK® zip to keep water out. The raised collar does not restrict movement and effectively protects against gusts of wind and cold.

Elastic material adapts perfectly to every body movement. The jacket has 4 pockets, two of which with a brushed lining are used to keep hands warm, one outer pocket secured with a laminated zip to protect, among other things, a smartphone, while one inner pocket is responsible for holding keys, wallet or other accessories. Velcro adjustable sleeve cuffs and a drawstring at the bottom further adjust the jacket to fit the body and prevent wind from getting inside.
