Do you want to return your order?

If the ordered product doesn’t meet your demands you can return it within 30 days of receipt. How can I return the purchase?

Exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract and send the returned products back to us.

Ordering via your customer account
 
  1. Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return.
  2. Select your preferred free return method: 
    • collection by GLS courier
    • return with a DHL return label.


       
       
Order placed as a guest
 
  1. Fill in the online form with your e-mail address and order number.
  2. Once the form has been submitted, return the product to the specified warehouse address.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. The refund will be issued when the parcel reaches our warehouse. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Please note: It is not possible to exchange the product.
