Deacon XTD with tip rocker boosts performance for intermediate and advanced skiers to conquer any trail no matter the conditions. Its design has a sidewall around a double wooden core, which improves edge grip and stability while skiing. The lightweight vMotion2 system is compatible with GripWalk for better power transfer along with easy heel release technology.
Skis included with vMotion 10 GW bindings.

Volkl - Deacon line

The Volkl Deacon ski is a fairly new ski line that dates back to the 2018/19 season, when, after receiving brilliant feedback after testing, it was released for the first time. The Deacon skis feature all the technologies that the Volkl Racetiger has, but differ in waist, making the Deacons a more versatile ski.

Dual Woodcore

Multi-ply wood core found in half of the ski's cross-section, made from the finest poplar wood, reinforced with beech wood in the binding mounting area.

Tip rocker

The structure of the ski is curved upward only in the bow zone, while the middle and back of the ski is straightened due to its own tension. This makes the skis more agile and better able to handle bumps.
