Do you want to return your order? That's easy!
If the ordered product doesn’t meet your demands you can return it within 30 days of receipt. How can I return the purchase?
CHOOSE ONE OF THE OPTIONS:
- After logging in at sportofino.com/uk ("My account" tab at the top-right corner), click on “My returns” where you will see the list of all orders that you can return.
- Follow the instructions on the website.
- Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.
- If you’re registered user you can also contact our customer service: email@example.com and ask for a free return label.
- Apply the return label to the outside of the package and take the parcel to the nearest Royal Mail location.
RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE TO THE WAREHOUSE
- Fill in the return form available HERE .
- Pack the returned item in S’portofino carton and seal it with a yellow return tape. Attach the return form and the receipt.
- Send the parcel to:

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. The refund is issued when we receive the parcel in our warehouse in Poland.
