Do you want to return your order? That's easy!

If the ordered product doesn’t meet your demands you can return it within 30 days of receipt. How can I return the purchase?

FREE RETURN VIA COURIER ONLY FOR LOGGED IN USERS
  1. After logging in at sportofino.com/uk ("My account" tab at the top-right corner), click on “My returns” where you will see the list of all orders that you can return.
  2. Follow the instructions on the website.
  3. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed. 

FREE RETURN LABEL FOR LOGGED IN USERS (ONLY CUSTOMERS FROM THE UK)
  1. If you’re registered user you can also contact our customer service: customer@sportofino.com and ask for a free return label.
  2. Apply the return label to the outside of the package and take the parcel to the nearest Royal Mail location.

RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE TO THE WAREHOUSE

  1. Fill in the return form available HERE .
  2. Pack the returned item in S’portofino carton and seal it with a yellow return tape. Attach the return form and the receipt.
  3. Send the parcel to:

Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. The refund is issued when we receive the parcel in our warehouse in Poland.
