These next-generation skis are characterised by greater stability, dynamism and manoeuvrability, and offer even greater versatility for an exciting experience on and off the groomed slopes. The secret of their increased performance lies in Völkl's innovations: the Tailored Titanal Frame provides stability and the Tailored Carbon Tips made of carbon fibre ensure responsiveness.
Unlike its predecessor, the M6 Mantra, the M7 Mantra uses the 4 Radius Drive construction – an advanced solution with 3D Radius Sidecut and a Völkl innovation not yet found in any other model. With this technology, Völkl is setting new standards in turn radius adjustability, combining easy handling with stability. This results in maximum versatility in different snow conditions both on and off-piste, with more stability on hard surfaces and better performance in soft snow.
By adjusting the titanal elements to different ski lengths and thus to the body size of the skiers, it is possible not only to optimise the weight of the tips and tails, but also to influence the torsional stiffness, thus improving the running properties. This allows the well-known stability of a titanium ski to be maintained, while at the same time making the Mantra M7 noticeably lighter and more agile to handle. Tailored Carbon Tips further improve the handling of the Mantra M7. The special positioning of the carbon fibres ensures precise edge response and significantly improves the torsional rigidity of the ski. All these improvements redefine skiing performance, setting a new standard for fun on the slopes.
