It is characterised by excellent thermoregulatory properties - in summer it prevents the body from overheating, while in winter it protects against the loss of heat. Its fibres wick away moisture and are light, soft and fluffy. Merino wool products do not "bite" the skin, are breathable and resistant to dirt.
