The new Alpinist Free bindings with DIN values from 6.0 to 13.0 weigh just 395 g including brake and provide noticeably improved power transmission and ski performance thanks to the new wider footprint. The Alpinist Free binding is the first choice when every gram counts on long ascents followed by unforgettable freeride descents.
Like the previous model, in addition to the Alpinist heel, it is equipped with an extremely rigid, carbon-fibre-reinforced ISI boot whose wider platform allows for simplified and intuitive ascent. Clever pin lever kinematics allow the pins to be depressed with very little force.
The Alpinist heel offers a full 35mm adjustment range, as well as a system to facilitate climbing angles of 0°, 5° and 9°. The wide drilling pattern of the Alpinist Free also ensures very good force transmission to the edges, and the overall design allows active length compensation that does not affect the flexibility of the ski.
The Alpinist Free is made from sustainable materials such as recycled or bio-based plastics.
Bindings screw directly onto the skis.
