Dale of Norway - Wool sweaters you must have

In 1872 Peter Jebsen travelled through Dale, a small village nearby Bergen, on the western coast of Norway. He had experience in the textile business and he taught modern manufacturing methods in England. Peter Jebsen found Dale a perfect place to start fabrics production. The valley delivered natural source of water energy, also the wool was easily accessible. These factors contributed to the development of the brand.  The Dale of Norway textile factory was established in 1879. Today Dale of Norway sweaters are designed and made in this very same factory. Since the beginning, Jebsen combined his knowledge of modern manufacturing with premium wool to create a company which represents Norwegian quality.
