The DOLOMITE VELOCISSIMA boots are extremely versatile hiking boots inspired by more advanced approach models. They will perform well on many suburban trails and on day hikes with a light backpack. You can wear them for a forest hike, easy mountain hikes, technical approaches to climbing walls or active holidays without any worries.
The DOLOMITE VELOCISSIMA hiking boots have an upper made of high-quality Perspair® material, which is characterised by good breathability and enables the efficient wicking of moisture generated at the foot during activity.
The front part of the shoes is protected by a special rubber boot. The purpose of this is to protect the toes from impact with the terrain and from accidental wetting due to contact with moisture. The whole system provides a very good fit to the foot thanks to the flexible tongue and the binding system characteristic of approach shoes.
The Adula Vibram® XS Trek sole guarantees optimum grip and excellent cushioning. Its medium hardness will be suitable for most hikes in both mountain and forest terrain. Inside the shoe, there is a customised insole made of moulded EVA foam , enabling a proper fit to the foot and is also responsible for breathability and moisture wicking.
