Payment and delivery

You can choose one of the following payment methods:

All packages are sent via GLS Poland Sp. z.o.o. or DHL

    • Most orders are shipped within 48 hours,
    • Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed within 48 hours after the weekend or the holiday(s). We send your shipments from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
Delivery within the European Union costs 10 Euros regardless of the cart value. Estimated delivery times to European countries are provided here.
 
 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the package within 30 days of receipt with a filled-in return form at the address:

S'portofino club members are able to return products free of charge. To request a free return service, please, contact our customer service at: [email protected] and we will organize a free return for you.

Sizes

Will the size that I ordered fit me?

 

To improve customer experience, we have put a size chart on our website. All products are photographed using live models, and the model’s measurements and the size of the product he/she is wearing in the picture is provided. If additional information is required, please contact our Customer Service and ask for the exact sizes of the product. We also have a size conversion chart for our British customers.

User Account

Is registering necessary for making a purchase?

You can purchase item in our store without registering. However, unregistered users don't have access to additional features such as order history & tracking, free refunds, wishlist, and customer loyalty benefits.

 

Can I start shopping as a registered user right after signing up?

After registration you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link and password. The message will be sent at the e-mail address provided during registration. You activate your account by clicking the link and entering the password. Once you have activated your account, you can make purchases as a registered user.

 

I cannot sign in to my S’portofino account. What should I do?

Make sure that you type in correct user name and password, check if Caps Lock is on. If you still can’t log in, follow the “Reset your password” instructions.  If this doesn’t solve your problem, contact our Customer Service.

 

 

Orders

 

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay using PayPal or credit card.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact our Customer Service for questions regarding changing and order. You will receive a return message with the information on whether or not the change is possible.

 

Will I receive a confirmation if I’m an unregistered user?

Unregistered users receive a confirmation at an email address provided during placing an order. The order is then verified by Customer Service, and approved for processing.

 

Can I receive an invoice with the package? 

Of course! We can issue an invoice for any order. You just need to choose the “I want to receive an invoice” option when placing an order. If your order has already been placed, please contact our Customer Service for invoicing information.

Can I receive 2 products bought separately in 1 package?

Of course. Please contact our Customer Service and inform, that you would like to have your orders delivered in one package. It may increase the time of delivery by a few days because our products are often sent from different warehouses.

 

Can I cancel my order?  

Please cancel orders as quickly as possible, as there is no way to cancel an order after the package has been sent. Contact our Customer Service to inform that you would like to cancel your order, and make sure to include your order number.

 

What should I do if the products I received are damaged?

If you notice that the box is damaged, check the content immediately (ideally when the courier is still with you). If it turns out, that your order is incomplete or damaged, please fill out a damage report claim and sign it with a courier. If you open the package at home and notice that your items are damaged, please follow the standard return procedure. Don’t forget to mention damage as the reason for returning.

What is the shipping cost?

Delivery within the European Union costs 10 €

 

What is the delivery time?

Our goal is to ship your order the day after it’s received. However, the delivery time may increase if your order includes multiple products; in many cases, products must first be collected from different warehouses.

 

How can I track my order?

Order tracking is only available for registered S’portofino Club members. Information and data concerning your order are accessible from the user panel (please make sure you are logged in when placing your order.) If you haven’t registered, we may be able to provide order status via email. For additional information, please contact our Customer Service

 

What about orders placed on weekends and holidays?

These orders will be processed on the next working day.

 

Returns

I’ve ordered the wrong size. Is is possible to change the size?

If the size of the product you've ordered is inadequate, please make a regular return, using the return form. You have 30 days to return the order. 

 

How can I return product(s)?

If you placed an order as a S'portofino Club member, please contact our customer service at: [email protected] and and we will organize a free return for you.
For unregistered users, please return the product using courier service, or other delivery company of your choice at your own expense. The return address is:

How will I receive my refund?

The amount due will be refunded to the account used to purchase the product(s); your refund will be issued to either your credit card or PayPal account. It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be fully processed.
