The frames are made from Rilsan Clear®, a high-performance, durable and natural polyamide developed by Arkema based on biodegradable materials.
The Polar 3FX technology used in the lenses protects your eyes from harmful UV rays and eliminates glare by selectively filtering harmless wavelengths through the lens. The Polar 3FX technology is designed to filter out glare from car headlights, sunlight and refracted light on wet or shiny surfaces such as water and snow.
The lenses also feature a hydrophobic barrier to minimise streaking. This treatment is designed to allow water to glide over the surface, prevent stains and fingerprints and make them easier to clean, making them stronger and more durable.
The Polar 3FX Grey lenses used have Category 3 UV filters, which are responsible for a light transmission of 10.8%.
