The Salewa Pedroc 2.5L membrane jacket is an advanced model with an ergonomic design dedicated to speedhiking, but will perform well in any mountain activity. It is made of a durable Powertex® laminate, characterised by an optimal water resistance parameter (10,000mm H2O). Excellent breathability of 40,000g/m2/24h allows for the efficient evaporation of excess heat and moisture during intensive ascents. The outer layer is additionally treated with a DWR water repellent treatment to prevent the outer material from soaking too quickly. Taped seams and watertight zips minimise the risk of leaks.
