The RUDY PROJECT EGOS helmet was created to push the boundaries of performance with a fully functional dynamic design that marks a milestone in the new RUDY PROJECT collection . Ideally suited for triathlon and road riding.
Equipped with a dual-density EPS core and a special innovative internal structure designed to increase air circulation and shock absorption capacity. It also features an efficient ventilation system. It has as many as 23 ventilation holes. Their distribution and shape are designed to guarantee the highest level of head ventilation. Thanks to the wide openings and internal channels controlling the air flow, it guarantees excellent cooling in all conditions.
Comfort and efficient cooling are also aided by the seamless 3D Airframe system , whose 3D geometry has been designed to distribute ventilation from the front ports through the internal channels, helping to manage perspiration. Combined with adaptive straps connected directly to the retention system, it provides stability, excellent security and a phenomenal fit in every direction.
The helmet's easy adjustment to the circumference of the head is helped by the reliable and intuitive to use RSR 11 RETENTION SYSTEM with knob . This is a completely new, miniaturised system with an extremely light and compact safety frame anchored to the helmet. The easy-to-adjust ratchet knob, provides quick and extremely user-friendly adjustment. Adjustment can be made in both horizontal and vertical planes.
A removable foam padding combined with an insect protection mesh is in turn responsible for the high level of comfort. The compact FidLock® magnetic buckle is intuitive, non-constricting and can be operated with one hand, even when wearing gloves. This reliable, convenient and secure system provides both protection and the ability to detach the helmet in the blink of an eye.RUDY PROJECT EGOS works perfectly in combination with RUDY PROJECT goggles with the PowerFlow system . The vertical PowerFlow channels integrated in the upper part of the goggle housing in combination with the helmet further optimise air circulation.
