Details and description
Hestra Moon Light Mitt is a lightweight, warm one-finger glove for downhill skiing and winter outdoor activities. It combines high thermal insulation with a soft grip and good mobility, being a lighter version of the classic Moon Mitt model.
Key technologies and user effects:
- Primaloft® Gold insulation provides warmth and softness comparable to down, working effectively even in humid conditions.
- Ripstop nylon outer fabric protects against wind and light moisture while maintaining good breathability.
- Soft lambskin on the palm improves grip and increases durability when in contact with ski poles.
- Brushed polyester fleece lining is pleasant to the skin and effectively retains heat.
- Flexible wrist finish and loop for attaching a leash facilitate use in field conditions.
- Warmth level: 7/8 – insulation suited for low temperatures and moderate winter activity.
Intended use and conditions: for those seeking lightweight, comfortable, and warm one-finger gloves for downhill skiing and outdoor activities in cold conditions.
Interesting fact: The lambskin used in the Hestra Moon Light Mitt model comes from the Ethiopian highlands and is tanned and dyed in Naples – giving the gloves their characteristic softness and noble sheen.
