Blaze JR - along with Rise JR - is the first junior ski with 3D Radius Sidecut and a real secret tip for the youngest freeride and touring enthusiasts. These skis, with the right bindings for touring, they can also easily be used for occasional ski touring expeditions. Tailor-made skins are also available.
Essentially, however, these extremely versatile junior skis will perform well both on and off the slopes. The ski allows you to traverse a wide variety of terrain and safely make turns even in broken or compacted snow. The Blaze JR impresses with its tremendous maneuverability, especially in narrow terrain or forest crossings. In doing so, the Tip & Tail Rocker needs only a small amount of force to initiate a turn, even at a moderate pace. If you then let them accelerate, they maintain a high degree of smoothness and directional stability even in the highest speed range at larger turn radii.

The weight of just 1430 g (Blaze 86), 1455 g (Blaze 94), 1593 g (Blaze 106), 1290 g (Blaze 86W), 1455 g (Blaze 94W) or 1592 g (Blaze 106W) translates not only into excellent maneuverability for this new category of skis, but also facilitates approaches whenever a skier decides to put on the skins and venture out in search of even better conditions. Energy transfer and resilience are exactly at the level that every freerider expects.

Multilayer Woodcore

Multilayer woodcore found in half of the ski's cross-section, made from the finest poplar wood, reinforced with beech wood in the binding mounting area.

Tip&Tail Rocker

The rocker camber occurs only in the tip area and the back of the ski, with traditional camber under the binding. This allows the skis to perform better in powder snow and to transition better from edge to edge.
