The SMITH SURVEY is a lightweight and durable ski/snowboard helmet with an integrated visor.
The lightweight in-mold construction combines an outer shell with EPS foam to create a one-piece construction that is lightweight and durable. The Koroyd™ protection system provides lightweight, energy-absorbing and ventilated impact protection. The helmet also features the patented MIPS system , which works with the internal rotating pads to minimise the force of impact in a fall or crash.
Padded on the inside, the helmet has 14 adjustable vents to manage airflow. There is a dial on the back of the helmet for easy adjustment of the helmet circumference. The Snapfit SL2 ear pads provide warmth and are compatible with audio systems,and can be easily removed if required.
The integrated ChromaPop™ viewfinder is sized according to the size of the helmet so that it always fits very well, so that it is neither too large nor too small, and provides a wide field of vision with contrast, colour and clearly improves the visibility of the terrain. The visor also has an OTG function , which allows you to ride without having to take off your corrective goggles as they fit under the visor without any problems. This model uses the ChromaPop™ Sun Platinum Mirror lens , which features a category 3 filter and a light transmission of 13%. It is made of individually moulded Carbonic-X carbon composite with the highest transparency and resistance to scratches and mechanical damage. It also features an anti-fog coating Fog-X .
