Details and description

Volkl Peregrine 82 skis with Marker Lowride 13 FR bindings are a sports all-mountain skis for ambitious and experienced skiers, providing full control on both hard and soft trails. The Tip & Tail Rocker profile supports confident turn initiation and stability at higher speeds in changing conditions.

Key technologies and user effects:

Multilayer Woodcore – a stable core made of harder and softer wood ensures precise steering and dynamic response.
Tailored Carbon Tips – directional fibers improve the responsiveness of the tip and maneuverability in short turns.
Tailored Titanal Frame – titanial frames customized to length increase vibration dampening and maximize stability at high speed.
3D Radius Sidecut – varied turn radii provide versatility in both short and long turns.
3D.GLASS – multilayer glass fibers enhance edge grip and add flexibility.
Base P-Tex 4504 – very fast base with high abrasion resistance.
Bindings – Marker Lowride 13 FR with an integrated iPT Lowride XL system – DIN range 4.0–13.0, lowered position improves edge change speed, edge grip, and direct power transfer.

Purpose and usage conditions: all-mountain for advanced and ambitious skiers who expect strong edge grip, precision, and stability on hard and mixed trails.

Interesting fact: the Lowride XL system was developed jointly by the engineering teams at Völkl and Marker to provide one of the lowest mounted and most precise bindings in the all-mountain category.
