Details and description

Völkl Racetiger SRC slalom skis designed for alpine skiing, aimed at dynamic turns on prepared slopes. The construction of the model ensures quick turn initiation and high stability, which facilitates control for both less experienced and advanced skiers.

Key technologies and user effects:

Woodcore Inlay – wooden insert stiffens the central part of the ski and improves power transfer to the edge.
Titanal Band – a thin strip of Titanal increases vibration damping and enhances stability at higher speeds.
Full Sidewall / Mini Cap – a construction that combines precise full sidewall beneath the boot with increased durability in the tip and tail areas.
Base P-Tex 2100 – a durable base with low friction, easy to maintain.
Tip Rocker – the raised tip facilitates turn initiation and improves handling in uneven snow.
Bindings – Marker vMotion 10 GW on vMotion 3 GW plate – GripWalk compatibility and full adjustment of the system to the ski's geometry ensure stable energy transfer and easy adjustment of shell length without tools.

Purpose and usage conditions: prepared slopes, short dynamic turns.

Interesting fact: the SRC model is subject to manual quality control at the Völkl factory in Straubing.
