Details and description

Völkl Shine SC Carbon is a sporty ski for ambitious and advanced female skiers, designed for dynamic carving and quick edge changes. The lightweight construction with a carbon tip and a Titanal strip combines agility with precise handling on groomed and hard snow.

Key technologies and user effects:

Multilayer Woodcore – a core made of beech and poplar provides stability, durability, and a lively ski performance.
Tailored Carbon Tips – directionally arranged carbon fibers facilitate turn initiation and accelerate tip response.
Titanal Band – improves vibration dampening and stability without excessively increasing weight.
3D.GLASS – enhances edge grip and dynamics during transitions between turns.
Full Sidewall / Mini Cap – combines precise power transmission with structural durability.
Tip Rocker – raised tip facilitates turn initiation while maintaining stable edge control.
Bindings – Marker vMotion 11 TCX Lady on vMotion 3 GW plate – DIN range 3–11, GripWalk compatibility, and TCX construction for easier attachment.

Intended use and conditions: sporty carving on groomed and hard tracks, primarily fast, short, and medium turns.

Interesting fact: Zebra Structure is a deep base structure developed for narrower system skis, supporting quick turn initiation and controlled handling on the track.
