Women’s merino wool sweater Dystingen Dale of Norway is a lighter, more sporty interpretation of the classic Cortina pattern, designed as a comfortable layer for cooler days. The delicate Zefir merino knit softly drapes on the silhouette, while the fitted line and high collar with a short zipper give the whole a modern, tidy proportion.

Zefir merino wool with a fiber thickness of 20.5 microns is exceptionally smooth and soft to the touch, as well as lightweight and pleasantly enveloping.
Slim fit subtly enhances the silhouette while maintaining the freedom needed when wearing the sweater as an intermediate layer.
High collar with a 1/4 zipper allows for regulating the degree of coverage of the neck and gives the design a more sporty character.
Cortina pattern is drawn from the brand's historical design from 1956 and presented here in a more contemporary, graphic form.
Designed and knitted in Norway – the model is made in the country from which the knitting tradition of Dale of Norway originates.

Interesting fact: the Cortina pattern comes from the first official Olympic sweater of Dale of Norway, prepared for the Winter Olympics in Cortina d’Ampezzo in 1956. The name Dystingen refers to one of the highest peaks surrounding the town of Dale.
