The Electric&Rose’s history dates back to 2014, when Erin Chamulon and Eric Balfour combined their artistic inspirations into one vision. They are both originally from Los Angeles and started making clothes there. Natural fabrics and sustainable fabric dyeing techniques were key points during the design process. Year after year, Electric&Rose pays more and more attention to environmental sustainability, aiming to improve its production processes and shipping chain. The Electric&Rose brand has become popular not only because of its offering of good quality products, but also because of its unique way of dyeing fabrics using the Japanese shiburi technique. This involves folding the fabric before dyeing so that the dye does not reach everywhere, but only in specific places. This ensures that the original pattern remains on the fabric.
