Find a motivation for regular exercise

How many times did you promise yourself to exercise regularly? But it’s so hard to find motivation and enough time to work out. There are so many pleasant activities that relax you and don’t require much effort. You should know that you aren’t the only one woman who struggles to find a motivation to exercise. Certainly you are surrounded by women for whom active lifestyle is very important. Note, that they are not only slim but also full of energy and vitality. You have to be aware of the fact that active lifestyle has a huge impact on our health and it positively effects our organs and tissues. Regular exercising improves our mood, reduces stress and increases immunity. Apart from positive influence on our health, active lifestyle has a great impact on our silhouette. If you want to feel great and look beautiful, exercising is the best way to achieve it!

How can I motivate myself to work out?

#1 Choose activity that will be pleasant– don’t force yourself to practice disciplines that you despise. If you don’t like running – don’t do this! Do you prefer exercising in a group or dancing? Choose activities that will make you happy. Only then you will be able to exercise systematically.

#2 Set target according to small steps method. –it’s a basic rule in effective motivation. Remember that goals have to be possible to achieve and gradual progress is the key. Thanks to this, you won’t get discouraged at the very beginning. Prepare a plan and describe in points the levels that you want to complete, for example exercising two times a week for three months, you can gradually extend your workout – the most important thing is to set realistic and precise goals.

#3 Reward yourself for reaching your goals–regular activity cannot be an unpleasant duty, it should bring satisfaction and happiness, celebrate your success and share it with others. Be proud of yourself everytime you make a progress. Pick a treat to yourself and go out for dinner or buy some new sportswear :)

#4 Choose proper clothes - comfort during exercising is very important so choose sports clothes that guarantee the best quality and freedom of movement. Opt for sneakers that ensure support and comfort. Don’t give up on fashion – trendy styling for exercising will positively influence your mood and encourage to work out.

#5 Exercise with other people - it easier to stay motivated when you arrange a training session with your friend or a personal coach, the sense of duty will will make it harder to find an excuse. Exercising with a group can be fun if you like rivalry, this aspect will surely encourage you to try harder.

#6 Note the effects –take notes and pictures or even record short videos – they will make it easier for you to notice even small changes that occur from training to training. Nothing is as motivating as getting better! It’s very important especially at the beginning of your adventure with exercising when the effects are very difficult to notice and you may have an impresson that your workout doesn’t make sense.

#7 Make it your ritual – physical activity should became something natural for you. Organize your time and find some time for working out in your daily schedule. Exercising straight before or after your work is a good solution, it is much harder to go to the gym after an hour of watching series on a sofa. Do you know that it takes 21 days to create a habit? That’s not a lot!

#8 Start today!–don’t Promise yourself to start „from Monday” or “from the next month”. The sooner you start your adventure with physical activity, the sooner you will notice and feel its positive effects. There is no point in procrastinating your workout, exercise and be healthy and attractive!
