Helly Hansen Newport Regatta Jacket is a durable and comfortable men's jacket designed for coastal enthusiasts.
It will perform perfectly as a typical deck jacket and during shore work. Made from high-quality, quick-drying Oceanbound material made from over 50% recycled plastic waste.
With its proprietary two-layer Helly Tech® Performance membrane, it provides a high level of water and wind resistance. Even better protection against moisture is helped by sealed seams. The microporous construction of the Helly Tech® Performance membrane also participates in the wicking of moisture that occurs on the surface of the skin during exercise. As a result, it helps to maintain optimal comfort, thermal performance and freshness. A fully recycled, quick-drying mesh lining adds to the jacket's comfort.
Helly Hansen Newport Regatta Jacket is fastened with a full-length reliable YKK® zip secured with an additional storm flap to keep water out. The raised, fleece-lined collar does not restrict movement, effectively protects against gusts of wind and cold and is pleasant, non-irritating against the skin.
Regular cut gives great freedom of movement.
The jacket has 3 pockets, two in combed fleece for the hands and an internal one on the chest. Velcro adjustable sleeve cuffs and a drawstring hem further improve the fit and prevent wind and water from entering.
The vertically and horizontally adjustable hood can be tucked into the collar if necessary. It is made of high visibility material for greater safety. The lightweight and robust D-ring on the side allows additional accessories to be fitted.
The hard-wearing material will stand up to all the hardships of sailing as well as time spent outside the boat. Its technical character is emphasised by special reinforcements on the lower part and the cuffs of the sleeves. Reflective SOLAS panels and a hanging loop complete the functionality.
