La Sportiva Ultra Raptor II GTXis the new version of the iconic Ultra Raptor developed for long-distance off-road routes, even in the winter months.
High level of protection against water is guaranteed by the Gore-Tex® Extended Comfort membrane. Your feet will remain dry even during rainy days. Breathable (vapor permeable) membrane is also responsible for moisture wicking. In a situation of increased activity, it will not allow excess moisture to accumulate on the skin. As a result, it takes care of optimal thermal comfort. Thanks to these properties the shoes are ideal for running also in winter.
The lacing system has been integrated into the abrasion-resistant upper with loops sewn onto the inner stretch fabric and reinforcements on the outer mesh. The use of such a system allows the tension of the lacing to be distributed throughout the upper and to wrap the foot in the best possible way for excellent wearing comfort.
The middle sole made from EVA-INJECTEDmaterial provides cushioning and elasticity. This solution is ideal for off-road use, as it reduces the crushing effect while maintaining increased resistance to bumps.
La Sportiva Frixion White® with integrated shock-resistant rubber sole is the brand's proprietary solution. It is a super traction and abrasion-resistant type, ideal for high-performance mountain running shoes. Innovative Impact Brake System absorbs unpleasant impacts , improves the grip especially during downhill runs.
OrthoLite® Hybrid insole is made from recycled materials (20%). It’s characterized by the maximum comfort of wearing thanks to the ventilations and breathable cells made from PU foam that keeps the feet dry and in proper temperature.
