The X-SOCKS COMBAT SILVER 4.0 socks are designed for globetrotters, bushcraft, hunting and military enthusiasts who are not afraid of the most demanding conditions. They provide excellent performance in difficult, inaccessible terrain. Thanks to the use of 14 patented features, they create the perfect conditions for superior muscle performance and a cooling effect to achieve the best comfort. The socks focus on maintaining an optimal body temperature of 37° C.
AIR-CONDITIONING CHANNEL® 4.0 provides intensive foot ventilation and wicks moisture away. The Instep Protector technology located on the instep of the foot reduces the risk of over-pressure points preventing blisters and supports the thermoregulation of the foot. The anatomically shaped insole, tailored separately for the right and left foot, protects and supports the foot even in situations of prolonged exertion, while the SUPPRONATION®-BANDAGE stabilises the foot in its natural rolling motion and keeps it from turning inwards or outwards, inhibiting overpronation and supination. The elastic band of the Aktiv-Bund provides a secure fit and support without restricting or impeding movement.
X-SOCKS COMBAT SILVER 4.0 perfectly protects the foot and toes from abrasion, prevents slipping, and the special LAMBERTZ-NICHOLSON ACHILLES TENDON PROTECTOR 4.0 prevents excessive strain on the sensitive Achilles tendon through the surrounding cushion. There are also protectors for the top of the foot, heel, ankle or toe. The Night Touch technology located in the left sock makes it possible to distinguish in the dark which foot to put the respective sock on.

The lightweight Mythlan® yarn has bacteriostatic properties, blocking the proliferation of bacteria and germs, thus limiting the formation of unpleasant odours even during long and exhausting hikes with a heavy backpack. The extremely lightweight and durable Durawool material, on the other hand, means that moisture is quickly dispersed and foot odour formation is reduced. Natural, lightweight and hypoallergenic Apani® Merino wool provides comfort and convenience and significantly reduces moisture absorption. On the other hand, the smooth-to-the-touch anti-static silk material Apani® Silk controls the internal climate of the foot without the risk of overheating. The socks are excellent at wicking sweat away from the skin to the outer layer of the sock, from where it can easily evaporate thanks to the densely woven, water-repellent SILVER NODOR® fibres containing silver ions.
