The Y-3 Knit Beanie has a classic cut made from wool knit fabric. The integrated 3 stripes run from the front to the back, and the whole is completed with a Y-3 patch on the fold-over brim.

Wool insulates very well against the cold, and is a healthy and friendly material for our body. It warms up perfectly, which in turn leads to muscle relaxation. The lanolin contained in sheep fibres has antibacterial properties. Its fibres are extracted from the hair coats of animals that have to cope with extreme weather conditions and therefore have thermoregulatory properties. Its high hygroscopicity (absorption of perspiration) makes woollen garments extremely comfortable to wear. It also absorbs UV radiation.
