Rudy Project helmets with In-Mold technology are equipped with an outside polycarbonate layer moulded during the injection stage of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam. EPS structure, polycarbonate layer and exoskeleton guarantee resistance to the mechanical effects of an impact and dissipate energy to prevent it from being transferred to the user’s head.
