It impresses with its extreme maneuverability, while providing extraordinary smoothness and stability while skiing. The Racetiger SC requires a certain level of experience, but it's a wide-ranging slalom model that's surprisingly easy for advanced athletes to handle. It safely holds its edges at the limits, but it's just as good to slow down to savor a slightly calmer ride from time to time. Pleasant skiing at its best!
Tailored Carbon Tips in Racetiger models reduce the required effort, especially when initiating a turn, and the carbon fibers used accumulate energy exactly where it is needed. This ensures maneuverability and a balanced drift quality. At the same time, the titanium branding guarantees the required stability while skiing. The new shape is balanced, but the narrower mid-width compared to the previous model allows for faster edge changes and an overall more dynamic ride.

Multilayer Woodcore

Multilayer woodcore found in half of the ski's cross-section, made from the finest poplar wood, reinforced with beech wood in the binding mounting area.

Tip rocker

The structure of the ski is curved upward only in the bow zone, while the middle and back of the ski is straightened due to its own tension. This makes the skis more agile and better able to handle bumps.

Tailored Carbon Tips

New carbon beaks that are perfectly tailored to the user's needs - that's right, Tailored Carbon Tips - are created during an innovative manufacturing process whereby individual carbon fibers are placed on a support material. The use of fibers of a specific thickness and their placement with millimeter precision allows you to perfectly adjust the stiffness, twist and thus the properties of the skis. The fibers ensure that dynamic forces are brought to the areas of the ski where they are needed. The Tailored Carbon Tips used in the ski, which are visible from the outside, are lightweight, allow smooth bow reactions with less effort, and quickly store energy. Thus, the tailored carbon prows set new standards for precision, direct response and the enjoyment of active downhill skiing.

Volkl 3D.GLASS

3D.GLASS is Volkl engineers' idea of stiffening skis for the allmountain category. Conditions on the ski slopes vary, often very challenging. The answer to this challenge is to reinforce the skis with a three-dimensional layer of fiberglass along the entire length and width of the board - including over the edges.

Titanal Band
